Description

These are 3D Printed insert designed for fractional gold/silver bars with a 1oz bar capsule. The item dimensions are approximately 50mm long, 29mm wide, and 2.5mm thick. The capsule dimensions are approximately 54mm x 33mm x 5mm. The inserts will allow a variety of fractional bullion bars in 1oz capsules. The following inserts are available:

Insert for 16 rectangle 1g bullion bars that measure approximately 18.45mm x 8.5mm x .7mm. Insert is designed for 4 to go in each hole.

Insert for 18 1g bullion bars that measure approximately 15.25mm x 10mm x .8mm. Insert is designed for 3 to go in each hole.

Insert for 21 1g bullion bars that measure approximately 15.3mm x 9mm x .8mm. Insert is designed for 3 to go in each hole.

Insert for 24 1g Valcambi combibars. Insert is designed for 2 to go in each hole.

Insert for up to 24 1g bullion bars that measure approximately 15.1mm x 8mm x 1mm. Insert is designed for 2-3 to go in each hole depending on bar thickness.

Insert for 16 1g Geiger squares. Insert is designed for 2 to go in each hole.

Insert 8 1/10 Troy ounce bullion bars that measure 20mm x 12mm x 1.4mm. Insert is designed for 2 to go in each hole.

Inserts may come in Black, Gray, or White. If you have a preference for one color over another, please send a message after purchase and I will do my best to accommodate.

Important Notes:

FDM 3D Printed Item: Minor surface imperfections may be present due to the printing process, though they do not affect functionality.
PLA is Heat-Sensitive: Do not leave the insert in hot environments (e.g., inside a car on a hot day) as PLA can deform or melt.
